We want you to love your organized space, which is why Modular Closets offers a 30-day return policy for all standard units in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut components and installed systems are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your closet components in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, panels, and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our warehouse; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
