We use high-density, furniture-grade 3/4" thick wood with a durable melamine finish. This ensures your shelving is scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and built to hold significant weight without sagging.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer professional design services?
Absolutely. We offer free professional design consultations. You can submit your room dimensions to our team, and a designer will create a custom 3D floor plan and quote tailored to your space.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard, non-customized units. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Do the closet units sit on the floor or hang on the wall?
Our systems are floor-based with wall-anchoring for maximum stability. This design allows the weight of your belongings to be supported by the floor rather than putting stress on your drywall.
